MANCHESTER, UNITED KINGDOM–(Marketwire – May 9, 2010) – Bobby Moore is the UK van driver’s all time favourite England player according to an online poll by Swinton Commercial.
The van insurance retailer polled 1,200 customers to find out the most popular past and present England players as World Cup fever grips the nation.
Bobby Moore was the clear favourite with a quarter of those polled putting him at number one, while Bobby Charlton (19%) came a close second and David Beckham (16%) came third.
